Villa Hrisavgi is located just outside the town of Nikiti which is the capital of Sithonia, the middle and most beautiful peninsula of Halkidiki. Nikiti is becoming the fastest growing cosmopolitan centre in Sithonia. You will find the Municipality of Sithonia and lots of other local services. For your all your daily needs there are a lot of big brand supermarkets and also the local market.
Also there is an amazing long white sandy beach with some of the best sunsets in Sithonia and a newly built beach promenade where you can enjoy unforgettable walks and also find a lot of restaurants, cafes, beach bars and more for your own pleasure.
You must also make a visit to the old village of Nikiti. It is a charming traditional settlement just across the road from the new part. Here, walking on narrow paved small streets, you can admire the beautiful, restored, stone houses, with the internal courtyard, laid out by a stone tile and with wooden balconies with flowers. It is possible to walk to St. Nikita’s stone church and then to go visit the old square area with the big maple tree.
Of course except the main beach of Nikiti there are a lot more beautiful beaches nearby such as Agios Ioannis, Koviou, Kalogria, Spathies and Elia. Each one of them has it’s own character and unique natural beauty, so if you visit the area you have to visit them at least once!
